Once a factory. Now a place to think.

Teak Town's coworking space began life as a factory. It has been converted into a place to work that stays naturally connected to the green around it.

The story of the space

A factory, given a second life

Some buildings are worth keeping. Rather than start from scratch, the old factory was converted — and the conversion was shaped around the nature that surrounds it.

  1. Then

    A working factory

Before it was a place to think, it was a place of making — a working factory.

  2. The change

    Converted, not replaced

Instead of being pulled down, it was turned into a coworking space — keeping its story, and opening it up to nature.

  3. Now

    A coworking space

Room to focus, room to meet — and nature never far from your desk.

Naturally connected

Work surrounded by green

Teak Town sits among six acres of lush garden and fruit orchards in the Nilgiris range. Step away from the screen and you're among palms, lawns and fruit trees — the kind of break that actually clears your head.

Mornings come with birdsong. Afternoons, there's an orchard to walk between calls.

Built for focus

Everything you need to get things done

Space to Focus

A coworking space away from the city's noise, made for long, unhurried working days.

Rooms to Meet

Teak Talk, a micro business centre for up to 25, and Nature's Knot, a 100-seat mini conference hall.
